After my studies in Psychology and my PHD and many additional educations, I finally found back to my creativity, that saved me from losing myself completely. I started to engage with the offerings of shamanic ways of seeing, with animal communication and with re-engaging into the creative process of painting, I had forgotten about for many years. The creative expression and the connection to the elements of nature and to spirits started to bring me back more and more again to myself, to my inner core and my essence. In that state of being, a couple of years ago, I discovered Soul Art, that brought me on an epic journey of healing back to the roots of my self, discovering new layers of being, such as opening up more and more to the wisdom of awareness. Which also led me to the magical field of Akasha and its infinite capacity of healing.

Hi my name is Heather Irene and I am a Weight Release and Radiant Living coach!
My journey started when I topped 235 pounds. I was unhappily married, using food to soothe my broken heart, abusing alcohol to numb the pain and I hated every inch of my body. After realizing my worth, success or ability to receive support and love did not depend on my body shape or size, I was able to transform my body shame, yo yo dieting and emotional eating and released 101 pounds with joy and love allowing me to create strict boundaries when it comes to my happiness, how I spend my time, embracing my body and celebrating my unique beauty. I feel truly blessed and free to be uniquely me! And I was inspired by my mentor to create support for others who struggle with emotional eating, recognizing the patterns that keep us stuck, and healing the wounds that keep us disconnected from our happiness and sacredness.
My soul’s purpose is to hold big space for women who are aching to be re introduced to their inner power and beauty before all the bad experiences, trauma and crazy media expectations made them feel weak, unworthy and exhausted in their lives.
I am no longer a slave to my victimhood or to people’s opinions or judgments of me! I have the tools to recharge and keep my life juicy with inspiration. I choose JOY very single time! I love serving and being involved within my community and the amazing healers, mystics and priestesses I get to meet every day. I continue to explore new ways of elevating my vibrations to continually leave old, crippling programming in the dust, creating space for inner peace and passion to naturally fall into place, returning me to the confidant, fierce, beautiful Goddess that I am.

My name is Tania Stewart. I am an ordinary person just like you. I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a sister. I struggled for years trying to figure out my faith within the Catholic Church. In my search for my faith, I found spirituality within myself. I also found my new calling in life in the Akashic Records.
I’ve spent the last 25 years in an accounting job that I loved. Most of the time. But once I uncovered my souls path and purpose, I found renewed passion in my heart. And true enjoyment in helping other women move forward in their own quest for happiness.
When I’m not crunching numbers or reading Akashic Records, I chase three very active teenagers to all of their sporting events. I love spending time outdoors on my acreage. With my dogs, ducks, horses, and donkey. I love camping, fishing, and sitting around a fire. I also love spending time with my best friend whom I’ve been married to for 19 years. Without his encouragement, I may never have taken the leap of faith that I needed to get to where I’m going
